As part of the new youth series Jenny, which takes us through the life of a thirteen-year-old girl diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Leucan invites the population to discover the Défi sourires challenge. During her treatments at the hospital, the main character of the series, Jenny, creates a blog and videos to communicate with her friends. One of the themes of her posts is the Défi sourires challenge, which aims to encourage people to take action to make other people smile.
Leucan is proud to be associated with the movement in collaboration with the St-Hubert Foundation. Indeed, each time a photo or video is posted on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Youtube with the hashtag #defisourires, the number of smiles goes up. At 30 000 smiles, the Foundation will donate $30,000 to Leucan. Leucan sincerely thanks the St-Hubert Foundation for its financial commitment to support hundreds of families of cancer-stricken children everywhere in Quebec.
