Leucan will be pleased to issue tax receipts to your donors, but only for the portion donated to Leucan.
- A tax receipt will be issued for all donations of $20 or more, or on request, and is reserved for the donor.
- To issue a tax receipt, the donor must not have received anything in exchange (e.g., a gift, visibility, etc.).

Who can participate

IMPORTANT: By registering for the Leucan Expedition, participants agree that photos and videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes on television or social networks to represent the Association and the Expedition.
Training
In order to be well prepared for the climb, Terra Ultima will accompany the participants on a preparatory outing to measure their progress. In preparation for this outing, as well as for the trip itself, it is advisable to follow a tailor-made training plan. If you wish, you can work with a trainer to develop a plan that will lead you to your ultimate goal. The steps will vary according to your fitness history, age, gender, BMI, etc.
In addition to your preparation, which will take place in the gym or at home if you have a minimum of equipment, remember that there’s no better training for the mountains… than to hike! We encourage participants to hike regularly on forest and mountain trails to prepare their ankles, muscles and cardio for the real challenge. These outings are ideally done in the same clothes and equipment you’ll be wearing during the expedition.
In addition to hiking, running, cycling and cross-country skiing are great additions to your preparation routine.
“The Leucan Expedition gave me an extraordinary experience. (…) I had to find the strength, determination and willpower within myself to get through certain stages of the journey. The feeling of accomplishment and pride was worth all the effort. This trip to Vietnam will serve as a springboard and reference for the future.”
